Description.
1. Basic Form: The rotation of the nut (worm gear) causes the screw to move vertically, a common practice in elevator installations. Caution must be taken as the screw generates rotational force during lifting, necessitating proper anti-rotation measures. 2. Stop-Rotation Structure: Ideal for scenarios where the top is not connected, preventing unwanted rotation in various applications. 3. For extending stroke within limited space, consider employing a movable nut structure (user-designed with the screw). This setup allows for screw rotation with the nut providing movement.
In scenarios of extended travel, it is advisable to support the shaft end to achieve superior transmission efficiency.
