Description.
1. Basic Form: This consists of the nut (worm gear) rotating around the screw for vertical movement, creating the standard elevator setup. Important: The lifting action generates a rotational force, thereby necessitating robust anti-rotation measures to maintain stability. 2. Stop-Rotation Structure: This is ideal for settings where top connection isn't feasible, effectively preventing rotation. 3. When aiming to maximize stroke within constrained spaces, select the movable nut (user-designed screw) structure, wherein the screw rotates while the nut moves. This configuration is particularly advantageous in optimizing space utilization.
In cases where extensive travel is required, end-of-shaft support becomes critical, ensuring optimal transmission efficiency and effectiveness are maintained throughout operations.
