1, Basic form: In the common type of elevator installation, the nut (worm gear) drives the screw in an upward or downward motion. Note that the screw generates rotational force during lifting, necessitating preventative measures against rotation. 2, Stop-rotation structure: Ideal for scenarios where the top cannot be connected during operation, effectively preventing unwanted rotation. 3, For increased stroke within restricted spaces, consider utilizing a movable nut structure (custom-designed and manufactured with the screw). This allows the screw to rotate while the nut moves, optimizing performance.
When dealing with long travel distances, supporting the shaft's end is crucial to ensure optimal transmission efficiency and performance.
