1. Basic form: The nut (worm gear) rotates the screw for upward and downward movement, a common configuration in elevator systems. It is crucial to counteract rotational force during lifting to ensure stability. 2. Stop-rotation structure: Ideal for installations without top connectivity, preventing unwanted rotation. 3. To maximize stroke within restricted spaces, opt for a movable nut assembly (custom-designed by the user with the screw). This configuration allows the screw to rotate while enabling nut movement. When considering extended travel, ensure proper shaft end support to achieve optimal transmission.
For extended travel distances, supporting the shaft end optimizes transmission efficacy, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
