1. Basic Form: In this common elevator setup, the nut (worm gear) rotates, moving the screw vertically. Caution: During operation, the screw generates rotational force, necessitating robust anti-rotation measures. 2. Stop-Rotation Structure: Ideal for scenarios where top connection is impractical, preventing unwanted rotation. 3. For extended stroke requirements within confined spaces, consider the movable nut configuration (user-designed and manufactured with the screw), where screw rotation results in nut movement, enhancing adaptability.
For extended travel distances, ensure the shaft end is properly supported to achieve optimal transmission efficiency.
